Established back in 1988, Madrasah Rahmaniyyah is a structured four day after school (5 – 7 pm) Monday to Thursday program, placing its emphasis on teaching Islam as a religion, a way of life, rather than a set of cultural practices. The school is run as a community service by volunteers (who are not compensated for their services). It is open to all Muslim students. The staff and students come from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
Our Objective
The primary objectives of Madrasah Rahmaniyyah are:
- To introduce the teachings of Islam to the students and to inculcate a sense of moral and
ethical responsibility. Furthermore, to produce well-‐‑balanced children who will be productive
citizens without compromising their Islamic values. - To provide a safe environment in which the students can interact with other Muslim children
and families.
Our Goals
Regular attendance is very important as it enables students to fully benefit from the Madrasah and ensures that the student is keeping up to date with
the teacher’s lesson plan. It also instills the sense that Islamic education should be taken as seriously as the other activities in his/her life.
